Het werkboek ‘Balans’ opent je voor de spirituele vrijheid om zowel de heelheid van alles als de polen van die heelheid, de dualiteit, diepgaander lief te hebben als de onbegrensde speelruimte van je diepgang en spirituele rijping. Het is bevrijdend om de dualiteit van het leven echt te verstaan en zowel de schoonheid van creatie te zien als de heelheid van haar oorsprong te ervaren. Het thema ‘Balans’ brengt je via twaalf oefeningen – oefeningen op het gebied van inzicht en meditatie, yoga en adembeleving, mantra en puja, healing en massage, tantra en aurabeleving, zielsbegeleiding en sacrale dans – in contact met je liefde voor zowel de dualiteit als de mogelijkheid van het samengaan daarvan als heelheid en die beleving valt in het Sanskriet onder de term hatha.

Hatha Yoga – Balancing your sensitivity and strength

Do you listen to your inner spiritual reference point, your essence, or do you listen to the movements of duality?


In this video, Anandajay invites you to discover the deep meaning of Hatha as the interplay between the sun (representing strength and transformation) and the moon (representing sensitivity and receptivity). Life is a constant stream of duality in which we are often tossed back and forth between choices and opposites. However, Hatha yoga helps you to feel the effects of these differences in your body. This allows you to find a reference point within yourself that is free from all movement, so that you are no longer a victim of multiplicity.


Anandajay clarifies the fundamental difference between 'building' with the ego and 'giving space' to what already is. While social success often involves developing skills to achieve something that does not yet exist, spirituality involves dismantling barriers so that your own essence can shine again. This video challenges you to let your freedom serve your deepest longing: the relationship with yourself. When you are rooted in your centre, duality becomes a faithful servant that gives you insights, rather than a force that determines you.

Hatha – Immersed in the peace of presence

Do you dare to rest in this world, in your world, in your body, in your being?


This meditation invites you to truly take your place as the 'you who experiences', your inner reference point that exists beyond duality. Rather than wanting to go somewhere or change something, you simply learn to sit with yourself and allow the harmony of your 'being' to influence you. You are guided to release your outer persona and involvement, allowing the energy of your foundation to flow freely throughout your being once more.


During the meditative journey, you will experience how the sun and moon work together within you: the moon, with its receptivity, lets in the energy of being; and the sun, with its transformative power, brings peace to your mind, heart, and pelvis. The tensions and dualities you have accumulated throughout your life can be healed simply by connecting them to your harmonious centre. This liberating process enables you to discover that experiencing the peace of being present does not require any skills; it depends solely on your conscious choice to open yourself to your inner reference point.
