Levensthema 21
Raja & Bevrijding

Anandajay about
Raja Yoga – Bringing the peace of the soul into your life and your humanity
How would your experience change if, instead of seeing yourself as a victim of your circumstances, you saw yourself as the rightful king or queen of your own realm of experience?
In this video, Anandajay explores the concept of 'Raja' — spiritual royalty that stems from our descent from the primordial origin, from stardust or God. He explains that every human being has their own 'kingdom': a landscape of body, consciousness, and feelings. Spiritual royalty means not oppressing this land, but leading it in a way that serves and loves it, inspired by your soul. This allows all cells and aspects of your being to live together in harmony.
Using the metaphor of a temple and the different phases of Raja Yoga, Anandajay demonstrates how you can achieve harmony with your surroundings and share your potential with the world. By shifting your focus away from the outside world and allowing your senses to merge into a single field of sensitivity, you can discover the core of your presence. This video is a powerful call to rise up, draw inspiration from within, and lead your life from an undivided wholeness, where the peace within reflects your true self.

Meditation
Raja – The wholeness of the spiritual kingdom
How does it feel for you when you allow the fragmentation of your daily thoughts and feelings to merge into one calm, rippling sea?
This meditation invites you to embrace the longing for wholeness as a precious reminder of your own origins. Anandajay guides you to lovingly and compassionately give space to your mind, your heart and your pelvis, so that all the separate 'droplets' of experience can merge into one spacious whole. It is a process in which you no longer experience your existence as a collection of parts, but as one supporting field of peace.
During the meditative journey, you will experience how the boundaries between yourself and the rest of the universe fade away until you and all other beings become whole. In this state of total immersion, you honour the source of inspiration from which you originate and bring your inner realm under the influence of healing. The meditation concludes with an expression of gratitude, accompanied by the realisation that, as a child of wholeness, you possess the freedom to restore this royal peace at any moment in your life.
