Levensthema 5
Samenzijn

Themavideo
Anandajay over
Being together with everything that exists
Do you feel uncomfortable when you notice differences between yourself and others, and therefore seek out like-minded people to feel that you belong?
In this video, Anandajay invites you to embrace the diversity and creativity of the world, rather than withdrawing from a world that does not always meet your expectations. He explores how sensitivity and vulnerability are not meant to isolate you, but rather to facilitate a deeper sense of connection. When you let go of the separation between yourself and the world, you discover that, like a drop in the ocean, you are always embedded in life.
The video challenges you to stop viewing life as a spectator and become an active part of creation once more. Judgements and the psychological tendency to withdraw fall away when you take togetherness as a basis, allowing you to rediscover the embeddedness and security you so sorely missed. It is a call to follow your innate, primal urge to connect, and to view differences as the colours of a bouquet that, together, form the wholeness of existence.
Development questions related to the theme video
Can you recognise that the differences you encounter are not a reason to withdraw, but rather illustrate the beauty of creation, from a place of vulnerability?
Would you like to discover how embracing diversity consciously contributes to your spiritual development and helps you to leave the role of spectator behind?
What changes in your sense of belonging when you no longer see yourself as separate, but as an inseparable part of the sea of life?
How can you let go of the tendency to 'position' yourself and defend your place, in order to truly connect with others from a place of natural togetherness?

Meditatie
Open yourself to life's embrace
Do you long to feel connected to everything again and to understand your own essence and the essence of life?
This meditation encourages you to step away from your habitual responses and allow your thoughts and feelings to rest as a gesture of self-care. A journey along four imaginary scales will open up your brain, heart and pelvis to the receptivity of existence. Rather than working on your spiritual path, you can simply lie down and allow yourself to be embraced by the light of existence.
During the practice, you will be guided to let go of the separation between your bodily boundaries and the rest of the world. You will experience how your soul's valuable essence merges with the power of your authenticity to create an immeasurable sense of wholeness. This meditation restores your sense of connection and belonging, creating space for the light of being that supports your life.
Development questions related to the meditation
What do you experience when you stop letting your brain 'work or solve things', and instead allow it to rest on an inner scale of receptivity as an act of love?
Do you feel the longing to bring all your inner differences together and let them be carried by an imaginary bowl of wholeness so that everything can exist at the same time?
