Stilte


Het levensthema Stilte is één van de 7 levensthema's uit het werkboek 'Spirituele Leefwijze', thema’s die je diepgaand en ervaringsgewijs thuisbrengen in je bezielde menszijn via introspectie, bezinning, vriendschap en verandering, het luisteren naar je innerlijk en het zien en respecteren van het goede in alles wat er gebeurt en de rijke diversiteit van het leven.

Stilte heeft veel gezichten, maar het in openheid horen ervan brengt je dichter bij jezelf, het toelaten ervan geeft je de geborgenheid van heelheid en het drinken ervan verbindt je met je essentie en het heilige in jezelf. Stilte houdt nooit op en is altijd onder alles aanwezig en laat je ervaren wat de spirituele werkelijkheid van het leven is, achter al haar zichtbare en onzichtbare veranderingen. Wanneer je je opent voor stilte, open je je voor het heilige in jezelf. In de verstilling gloort een innerlijke vrede die je niet hoeft te maken, maar alleen hoeft toe te laten. Via 12 oefeningen op het gebied van inzicht, meditatie, yoga, adembeleving, mantra, puja, healing, massage, tantra, aurabeleving, zielsbegeleiding en sacrale dans raak je meer vertrouwd met de dragende en helende waarde van stilte.

Stillness in the wholeness of life
Why prioritise the boundary between yourself and the outside world when a connection with it offers security and fulfils your longing?
In this video, Anandajay invites you to discover the spiritual meaning of wholeness as a state of integrity and sacredness. This meditative guidance takes you on a journey in which you learn to let go of the habit of standing apart from life. Anandajay guides you to blur the boundaries in your mind, heart and pelvis, so that you can participate in life's natural wholeness once again. Rather than trying to quiet your mind, you simply open yourself up to the whole, allowing mental turmoil to fade into the background and a natural stillness to arise.
During meditation, you will experience how the light of your soul flows through your entire body as soon as the boundaries between your heart and the rest of your being dissolve.
