Mantra’s bevrijden je geest en daarmee ook al je communicatieve vaardigheden om opener te worden. Ze doorbreken gewoonten, overtuigingen en gedragspatronen en maken ruimte voor een dieper, sensitiever contact met je gevoeligheid, je zijn en je bezieling. Door woorden met waarde vanuit je gevoel te herhalen, verzacht je de beperkingen van je denken, wordt je geest transparanter, opener en minder ingevuld en ontstaat er een opener contact met de innerlijke lagen van je bestaan.
