1. BeingMeditation - Inspiration
Honoring your essence
This form of meditation uses four internalising, interwoven phases (freedom, love, being and wholeness), together with a mantra, to invite you to connect with what is essential and valuable within you behind all change, and to develop a deeper relationship with your wholeness.
From the habit of the ego being constantly focused on everything, you descend, partly through the use of a mantra, into the peace of deep and all-encompassing being. During the later phases of the meditation, you will experience more and more clearly an enveloping silence and inner peace because, in a natural and fluid way, you feel at one with yourself, your essence and with the whole of existence.
It is your love for your inner being that lets you long for the blessings of this loving silence to affect your sense of ‘being here’ as well. You, your existence and everything that exists then come together in an experience of wholeness and completeness.
The BeingMeditation is a form of meditation in which you move from your head, through your heart and pelvis, into union with the wholeness of all that exists. The meditation restores a free, craniosacral flow and connects you to the memory, still present in you from your fetal period, of the wholeness experience of both yourself and the oneness you then experienced with the mother body.
