The Light of Being-Meditation:


  • is a form of meditation in which you move from your head, through your heart and your pelvis, into union with the wholeness of all that exists
  • makes use of a mantra that helps you to enter into a more affectionate relationship with your inner self
  • guides you from the surface to your innermost being
  • expresses your longing to connect more deeply with your essence and its wisdom
  • restores your soul as your dearest partner
  • fosters brotherhood in your interactions with others

1. Light of Being-Meditation - Inspiration

Honoring your essence

Light of Being-Meditation is a form of inner communion in which you connect, through four internalizing, interwoven phases (freedom, love, being and wholeness), to that which, behind all the changes, is essential and valuable in you and to come into a deeper relationship with your wholeness.


From the habit of the ego being constantly focused on everything, you descend, partly through the use of a mantra, into the peace of deep and all-encompassing being. During the later phases of the meditation, you will experience more and more clearly an enveloping silence and inner peace because, in a natural and fluid way, you feel at one with yourself, your essence and with the whole of existence.


It is your love for your inner being that lets you long for the blessings of this loving silence to affect your sense of ‘being here’ as well. You, your existence and everything that exists then come together in an experience of wholeness and completeness.


The Light of Being-Meditation is a form of meditation in which you move from your head, through your heart and pelvis, into union with the wholeness of all that exists. The meditation restores a free, craniosacral flow and connects you to the memory, still present in you from your fetal period, of the wholeness experience of both yourself and the oneness you then experienced with the mother body.
