Let us explore together, devotionally and reverently, what insight is and what value it has and can have in our lives. Let go of your conceptions about knowing and open your sensitivity to discover with me how you are connected to this subject.
Insight occurs when you suddenly gain sight on or into something that was not there before, you did not see before, or you did not see in that way. Insight opens your consciousness further or differently, makes your consciousness lighter or more spacious, and as a result, the influence of the unconscious becomes less powerful. When you long for consciousness, that what is still unconscious will become conscious, do not dive into the darkness of the unconscious to search for important things, but instead consciously cast open the door to the subconscious, to willingly and invitingly allow into your consciousness everything that wishes to move toward the light. With the light and the spacious freedom of your consciousness, invite in everything that wishes to enrich and complement you or that wishes to contribute in any way to your growth and development.
When you do dive into the darkness, and this is something that is very widely done, you explore the dark with your current, and therefore limited knowledge, attitude and consciousness. As with a flashlight you then look for important things, but you then only look at the surface, hoping to find something you think you already know about what it is and what it must look like. Is happiness, love or joy then recognizable by its form, as the advertisements they would have you believe?

As long as you try to find in your subconscious the light of your consciousness as you currently experience it¾its depth, its inspiration, its authenticity, or its other spiritual values that you experience and long for¾you are doing something based on what you already know and thus are confined to, instead of being open to what's not yet there, to what you don't yet know, to what answers your yearning.
Let your longing for soulfulness, depth, peace, and love help you to be welcoming and open to all that you do not yet know, are not yet aware of, or have not yet blossomed within. This makes you receptive and available to all that wants to come out of the dark (not yet illuminated by conscious experience) and into the light. Like every seed and flower, everything of value wants to come into the light. Only that which does not want to be seen, known and experienced wants to remain in the dark. But when you want to experience yourself as a whole, then everything will dare to come into your light, knowing that it will be lovingly received, that it will get the attention it needs and that it can take the place in you that it has. Nothing will then be missing in your wholeness, and you will experience wholeness and love in a tangible and conscious way, that is, in the light, in the fullness of what you are.
When you are no longer afraid of the darkness of the unconscious and of an ever-changing and expanding consciousness, and you allow everything from the dark to come into your conscious experience, a wondrous flow of renewal and liberation begins. You do not have to do anything active for this to happen, except to release the brake on change, because then you give space to everything that is still hidden within you to come more and more into the light, to come alive and to take its place in your conscious experience.

And when you, longing for insight, allow the unconscious to become part of the conscious, so that both stand in the light, then out of love for that which is joining you, that which is still new and just beginning to stand in the light, first give it some time and space to adjust to the light and dare to unfold, so that you do not immediately watch and judge the new from your superficial consciousness in a detached way. Let the light of consciousness, which also illuminates your life and now illuminates the newborn from the unconscious, first offer it its positive, healing influence for some time. Whatever comes from the dark into the light of your conscious experience must first be allowed to emerge from its shameful cocoon, to reveal itself further into that light, before you can recognize, allow and experience its value.
Therefore, be willing to wait for the flowering of what has expanded your consciousness out of the dark, into the light of your conscious experience. Let that light do its work and be willing to allow an expanded and different consciousness, and therefore a different perception, to arise within you. This willingness ensures that you give yourself the space to become more complete, more full, more balanced, and whole, because what resides in darkness is not yet part of your lived experience, and therefore has not yet added its value to your consciousness.
Let yourself become more fulfilled, more soulful, more peaceful, and more loving by allowing the unconscious to join the conscious, by opening the door to it, and allowing space for the resulting changes in your perception and understanding of yourself and everything around you. Allow yourself to be enriched and a stream of insights will begin to flow.

By opening the door to your unconscious and welcoming the unconscious from the dark into your experience, with the assurance that it will be welcomed with love, you bring the deeper layers of your existence and substance into your experience. You then give space to all that is dark, all that is unknown and undiscovered, to come into the light of your experiential space. You invite the unknown to step out of the dark and, so to speak, sit on your seat or on your lap, eat from your plate, and sleep with you.
The more space and trust that you give to this, the clearer that which was previously dark will feel welcome. These new, additional values will then be more easily unveiled and integrated into the rest of who you are. You allow the content of your unconscious and its depth to come very close to you, like someone you love dearly.
In this way, you allow the depth of the unknown, and thus also the still unknown values of yourself, to come so close to you that you no longer look at them, and the distant, ego-oriented way of being automatically and gently steps aside. This allows the unknown and the valuable that is still missing to come intimately close to you. The polarity between the darkness and the light, between the unconscious and the conscious, between you as a person and your depth, becomes more and more blurred, perhaps even completely dissolved at times. It is in this peaceful openness that you can also experience your soul.

The longing to be replenished with what you have been missing, and the longing for the deeper value of yourself and of life that you have been searching for, come to rest in this intimate harmony. It was created by opening the door to the dark and welcoming those concealed parts and depths of yourself into the light of your experience and being. So much is already here and can still come into the light of your conscious experience. Into these depths you have allowed the light of consciousness to penetrate into the reality of everything. So many insights have followed one another, and this flow need never end.
If you have been longing for freedom, authenticity, completeness, soulfulness and essence all your life, then allow the dark, unknown and undiscovered in the unconscious, to come into the light of your experience and be lovingly unveiled there. Your sincere longing, substance, depth and value then wishes that nothing remain unexplored in the dark, but that everything be born from the darkness into the light.
When your longing for wholeness and giving permission to openly receive from the darkness merge, a liberating flow of life, of many births, is set in motion. This flow of life, like a birth, is not always easy, but it always brings intense joy. The joy of being more complete, of being whole, of no longer being separated from all that is part of you and your deepest depths, your soul. The joy of the liberating insights you have received and continue to receive as a result. The joy of experiencing more and more and in different ways what you are, what life is, and that the soul is your foundation, always guiding you to live more and more in harmony with all that you are as a human being and with the love and peace that you experience as a result.
