Meditation part 1: Meditating out of Love for your Being

Every flow of love towards any aspect of life allows you to experience that this is the longing, the intention, the answer, and the fulfillment of life and what you are.

When you enter into meditation as you would enter into a love relationship, you do not close yourself off from anything and you do not withdraw into isolation, but rather, depending on how deeply you open yourself to that relationship, you immerse yourself more deeply into an ocean of essentiality and authenticity. You then enter into a relationship with the energy of love that permeates all of creation and is therefore both the source and sustenance of all that is. Only the depth of such a relationship allows you to tangibly experience that you, as a part of the whole, are pure love, essence, and being. Meditation is a state of being that you experience when you enter into this relationship, allowing the love that you and life essentially are to become real within you, which is a fulfilling blessing for both you and the whole world.

 

Meditation invites you to be in a relationship with what you experience as the most essential part of what you are. It invites you to blend with the fullness that flows through you from your inner heart, your spiritual center, the seat of your essence. Then the meditation invites you to let that fulfilling quality become tangibly true and experienceable in every cell of your body. And it invites you to bring that openness into your daily life as well, to intimate both the reality in which you find yourself and the value of the essential within you.

 

Once you are open to your essential nature, you will naturally become open to the essential in everything, and you will, also naturally, become open to the essence of life as a whole.

 

May meditation invite you to take part in what you have longed for so deeply and for so long, the freedom to let the essence of life flow across the fields of your human existence?
